By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy policy and Cookie policy explain how we handle personal data and what the site stores on your device.
3. What this site is
This site describes what we do: consulting, custom-built automation for sales, marketing and operations, and AI automation training for company teams. The examples on the site show the kind of work that can be automated. They are illustrations. Results depend on your business.
4. Information only, not advice
Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Please get advice that fits your situation before you act on anything you read here.
5. No prices and no offers
The site does not set prices. Every job is scoped and quoted. Nothing on this site is an offer that you can accept. We only have an agreement with you when we both confirm it in writing.
6. Contacting us
Sending us a message through the contact form, the mailing list form or WhatsApp does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to do anything. Please do not send passwords, bank or card details, or sensitive personal information through the site.
7. Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that is unlawful, or that breaks anyone else’s rights;
- try to disrupt the site or get into systems you are not allowed to access;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools to submit our forms or copy the site;
- send spam, or false or misleading information, through the site.

The text, design, images, logo and code on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, republish or reuse our content without asking us first. You may quote a short extract if you credit EyeQ.consulting and link back to the page.

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be, and we may change or remove content at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
